Yes, this movie was released in 2015, but I haven’t seen it until today.
A typical high school girl named Bianca happens to be best friends with 2 of the school’s most popular girls, becomes labeled as “The Duff”. The Duff is an acronym for The Designated Ugly Fat Friend. Her guy best friend, Wesley, is also the captian of the football team. He needs help to pass chemistry in order to go to college. She wants people to stop labeling her as the Duff. She strikes a deal with her freind Wesley. He helps her to drop the Duff label and she helps him pass Chemistry so that he can get into college. Bianca goes through with it all and changes and in the end it doesn’t make her happy.

My favorite part is when Bianca basically tells Madison (Bella Thorne) how she doesn’t care if she’s known as a DUFF and how important our identities are. Later she finds out that her best friend actually loves her and well I am not going to ruin the movie.
I wish I would’ve seen it when I was younger – like maybe 16. Overall this has a rating of 5 out of 5 Stars.
