Homemade Mac & Cheese

I was messing around in the kitchen one day and I decided I wanted Mac & Cheese, but I didn’t want the boxed plasticy kind. So I came up wth a super easy and quick recipe. When I make this recipe it takes about 10 – 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • any type of noodles
  • 2-3 handfuls of shredded cheese ( I use Mexican Blend)
  • about 2 Tbsp Butter

Boil water with a dash of salt

Boil noodles so they are done to your preference ( I like mine done all the way, about 6-8 minutes)

Drain the water and noodles and leave a tiny amount of water

Add butter and stir around until butter is melted

Add in (depending on your preference) 2-3 handfuls of cheese. Stir consistantly until cheese is melted.

⚠️BEWARE⚠️

Depending on the type of pan you use the cheese may stick and burn to the bottom of pan.

Serving – I kind of eyeballed it.
